Educational Supplies Needed

We're on our way to Liberia! On January 12 a small team of six people, including two sponsor families and two board members, will travel to Monrovia for a whirlwind week. One of the things we will be doing in-country is hosting a two-day teacher's conference. And we would love to bless the teachers at Abide in the Vine School system by leaving them with some much needed tools and educational supplies.

There are several different ways to respond to this particular need at Christ Our Hope. Maybe you have some of these supplies collecting dust in your home or school. We'd love to repurpose them for our friends in Liberia. Or, you may purchase an item or two (or more!) and drop it off or send it to the One Body One Hope mailing address. Of course, you could give a monetary donation and earmark it: School Drive. Finally, feel free to shoot us an email (onebodyonehope@gmail.com) and request an Amazon link to some of the materials on our “Wish List.” You can then purchase items directly from Amazon and have them sent to OBOH. The items specifically requested by Darric and the teachers are:

FLASH CARDS for math with two-digit numbers for addition and subtraction.

POSTERS with animals and fruits images.

ENGLISH BOOKS for all elementary and junior classes.

SCIENCE and POETRY books for all classes including

READING BOOKS.

FLASH CARDS WITH SPELLING WORDS.

ADVANCED DICTIONARY, WORLD GEOGRAPHY,

WORLD HISTORY, WORLD ATLAS, VISUAL AIDS, and SOCIAL STUDIES MATERIALS.
